We prepare traditionally cooked pizzas with high-quality ingredients, using artisanal techniques. Moreover, we have a revolving wood-fired oven that allows for optimal pizza cooking.
Upon request, we also use Kamut, a type of flour made from this cereal, which is one of the most popular and appreciated dishes. The resulting pizza dough is as tasty and soft as traditional pizza, but much more digestible.
